1. General These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of symbolicshift.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products from Symbolic Shift. By using this Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site.

2. Products and Orders

  • All products are custom printed on-demand after your order is placed
  • Product colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to monitor settings
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
  • Prices are subject to change without notice
  • All sales are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Once an order enters production (typically within 24-48 hours), it cannot be cancelled or modified
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity
  • If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund

4. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, graphics, logos, and content on this Site are the property of Symbolic Shift or our licensors
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs without written permission
  • By placing an order, you confirm you have the right to use any custom text or personalization you provide

5. Custom and Personalized Orders

  • Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective
  • You are responsible for ensuring all personalization details (names, dates, text) are correct before submitting your order
  • We are not responsible for errors in personalization that you provide

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control
  • You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address
  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier

7. Returns and Refunds

  • Made-to-order items are not eligible for return except in cases of defects or errors on our part

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Symbolic Shift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product
  • We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free

9. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Symbolic Shift harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
